Project Management and Implementation
Project management activities include actions related to management, coordination (operational & financial), communication (internal & external), quality assurance. They can be summarized as follows: A1: Overall Project Management and coordination: Comprises the coordination of the project by MWAPP and the daily management activities by all partners, the collection and provision of documents for interim and final reports to NA and the organisation and execution of the 3 project meetings: TM1 to TM3. A2: Quality Assurance: Comprises the development of Quality Management Plan and the application of the defined quality controls by GFW, as well as the establishment of the continuous improvement program including the collection and documentation of best practices and lessons learned and the final project assessment and closure report. Partners will use a Repository for documents and knowledge contributed to the project from the beginning (background knowledge), as well as knowledge acquired during the project (foreground knowledge). The entries to the Repository will follow the requirements defined by the Quality Consultant from GFW in the Project Quality Plan deliverable of A2. A listing with the contents of the Knowledge Repository will be annexed to the Partnership Agreement and will describe in detail all the products/results of the project and the rights of each partner with respect to accessing, using and exploiting these products/results.

Transnational Project Meetings
The Transnational Project Meetings results include the following: - Successful implementation of the project objectives and monitoring of the activities as described. - Quality, Evaluation and inspection of the new digital material, collection of case studies applications for exploration, collection of resources - Monitoring of creation and delivery of an interactive platform in the form of a VOOC - Pilot-testing of the AR4Food programme -Follow of the dissemination Plan The Transnational Project Meetings will support the proper budget control and time management of the project. In order to maximize the cost-effectiveness consortium partners have been carefully selected in 21 / 37 Call 2022 Round 1 KA2 KA210-VET - Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training Form ID KA210-VET-9D697989 Deadline (Brussels Time) 23 Mar 2022 12:00:00 EN order to ensure that all key skills required to develop and implement the proposed outputs are available within the consortium. Partners have been allocated tasks relevant to their individual areas of expertise to ensure the best use of resources and each partner will lead one work-package ensuring the equal distribution of responsibility throughout the consortium for all development actions. All the above will be discussed and analysed during the Transnational Project Meetings. The project work plan has been carefully designed to provide an appropriate balance between the requirements for proper and efficient project management and quality assurance; development, testing and implementation actions; and potential dissemination and exploitation opportunities. Based on the progress of the project, the Intellectual Outputs produced and the Multiplier Events organized, the Coordinator will design and implement a Financial Management System. All these will be extensively disscused during the Transnational Project Meetings. The financial management of the project depends strongly on the overall management of the project, its organisation structure, its time allocation and its plan, as well as time management. A well organised, planned and structured project will lead to a well-managed implementation.

Learning, Teaching and Training Activities
The learning and training activities are very crucial for the implementation of the project. They are 4-5 differently organised blended learning activities in person and virtual: a) A technical reference guide that details practical and technical issues related to Virtual and Augmented Reality. b) The AR4Food curriculum with Open Educational Resources for trainers and trainees. c) Learning scenarios that will guide the pedagogical implementation of the learning intervention. d) 3 interdisciplinary STEAM projects that will result in the creation of 3 Augmented Reality applications. e) A validation report that will present evaluation results. In the second month of the project there is a need to purchase a camera with capabilities of 360. The proposed camera is Matterport Pro2 (https://buy.matterport.com/) with cost 3120€. Matterport Pro2 is the gold standard of high resolution imagery, high accuracy, and fast capture speed. It is used for professionals in real estate marketing, construction, and insurance industries who need high accuracy and image resolution. Has a professional grade image resolution @134 MP + 3D depth data. Uses powerful battery for all day scanning. Has also derivative assets available (floor plans, print ready photos, and MatterPak™).The target group are the trainees of DIEK Aigaleo which will benefit from the possession of such a camera for their future projects. This camera will be used after the project from the IAD&OD students for using it during their studies for their projects. The BLENDED MOBILTY aims to provide the students with the opportunity: -to acquire targeted digital skills related to 3D design, modelling and capturing using 3D technologies which are regarded as the cutting edge skills needed by the labour market - to explore their creativity, problem-solving, initiative, group-work and leadership skills in order to resolve a challenge to be provided to them - to present their work and achievements during the AR4FOOD development - to gain first hand experience by having train by experts and a professional organisation like MWAPP, promoting STEAM, coding skills - to open up their career orienation and explore employment in other EU countries with the knowledge about Augmented Reality application development. The use of this camera will give outstanding quality in the video 360 to be used by the trainees. The result of the use of this camera will be impressive giving excellent results.
